- No information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from or through any NCFM web or social media sites shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this Agreement.
- You expressly understand, acknowledge and agree that any claim against NCFM, its representative, volunteers and associates shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services.
- Neither NCFM, its representatives, volunteers and/or associates are or shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages, which may be incurred by you because of using our web and social media sites.
- You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our web and social media sites with or without notice and for any reason at our sole discretion.
- NCFM is a registered California corporation. Hence, you agree to bring any and all claims to bring all legal claims relating to its function, content, services, or any other aspect of NCFM web and social media sites and its (their) operation exclusively in courts within the state of California, United States of American (USA); and, furthermore, agree to waive any objections to such jurisdiction.
