Registration
Guidelines
- Anyone over the age of 18 can register.
- We reserve the right to participation at our sole discretion.
- If participation is denied the respective donation will be refunded in full.
- When registering for the Celebration you will need to provide the e-mail address and other information as requested.
- By registering, you agree and understand that you (and/or your guest) may be asked to leave one or all Celebration events for violating hotel or meeting venue or Celebration policies and procedures or any reason at NCFM’s sole discretion.
Fees
- This cost of this event is a donation in any amount over $.99 that you feel comfortable making to the organization. Thank you for your generosity. You may make your donation at the event.
- The registration fee does not include costs for lodging, travel, incidentals, entertainment, extra food and beverages, or anything else unless expressly stated herein.
- To register send an email to www.ncfm.org with “NCFM45AC Registration” in the subject line. In the body of your email include your full name and telephone number. You will receive and email and/or telephone call in response.
- Until this morning (June 13, 2022) registration was through a PayPal account established solely for the event. However, we received the following email:
“You can no longer do business with PayPal.
After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it.
You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.”
The email goes on to explain that the decision is permanent. PayPal could not or would not explain the reasons for their decision for fear of revealing information that could be “exploited.” The decision cannot be appealed and they sent no advance notice of there being an issue.
By registering, you acknowledge, accept, agree and understand the terms, policies, procedures, and/or conditions, explicit and implied, related to this event as shown at the NCFM 45th Anniversary Celebration website , www.ncfmevents.org, and www.ncfm.org, as applicable; also, that you (and/or your guest) may be asked to leave any or all celebration events for violating hotel or celebration terms, policies, procedures, and/or conditions, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by NCFM at NCFM’s sole discretion.
